Once upon a makeover

Like plenty of folks who’ve long enjoyed the Scottsdale Civic Center Library, I’m eagerly anticipating the completion of renovations that’ll bring a new coffee and snack bar, an updated computer area, a new library shop, new flooring and doors at the entrance, an automated return for library materials, updated seating and study areas, and more group study rooms.

Here’s a peek at what we discovered during our last visit, made earlier this year (watch for a post with pictures of the library’s many changes once renovations are completed)…
